Talking about healthy food. If you are a low fibre intake or your children, add Quaker Oats into the rice. Just add about half cup or may be more of Quaker oats into your rice before you cook. Stir well and cook with the rice as normal.
Don,t worry, the rice colour changed creamy a bit but will not change the taste so much after you add some gravies or curry. My children like it
