PostSubject: New Track Being Built   Mon Feb 16, 2009 9:10 pm

I see the new Offroad track taking shape.

What are they going to race there.

1/18, 1/16, 1/10 Nitro / Electric, 1/8 Nitro.???

Hope it designed with good drainage. Dont want it to end up under water with the weather weve had lately.

I took my onroad car down to the CH track a couple of times lately, but it was flooded, so had to go elsewhere.

Cheers

Offroad track is not yet classified. Its still works in progress.

Hj. Mazlan is leading the group in building the layout. I've seen the concept on paper and its very very promising. At this moment, all sorts of offroaders can be seen on it i.e. 1/18 electric/ nitro, 1/10, mostly 1/8th nitro.

The CH onroad track is open till late evenings too.... Chris has the floodlights pointed at the track and in the night, its very well lit. If i'm right, the lights remain on until 2200hrs.

I see the track in use with 1/8 scale nitro buggies. Great stuff.

Its a big track, not really suitable for smaller than 1/8th scale though. 1/10 scale electric would be flat in about 2 laps. LOL.
